The Diathermic Oil Boiler serves installations that require high operating temperatures, namely 200 – 300 °C.
The Diathermic Oil Boiler has an integrated burner for gaseous fuel (Natural Gas, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)), liquid fuel (Diesel Oil, Fuel Oil), mixed fuel (Gas – Liquid), or the heating source of the thermal fluid is electric current. It meets modern industrial needs (working temperature, production capacity). With Thermal Fluid (Diathermic Oil), as a heat transfer medium, users do not face the well-known problems of pressure, scale formation, corrosion or freezing, compared to Steam Generators.
Advantages of thermal fluid heaters:
-Easy operation
-No risk of freezing
-No liquid effluent produced
-No chemical treatment required
-Very low maintenance and very long life of the installation
-No corrosion
-Closed circuit operation – Lossless system
-High combustion and high efficiency of the installation
-20% to 50% less energy consumed to transfer the same amount of heat compared to steam
-Lower total exhaust emissions
-Increased operational safety
-Can be located close to the User
-Constant temperature control is maintained
-Performance to work at high temperatures (up to 350°C in standard form) in a simple closed loop.
